02 Our Services

DESAN Cleaning Services provides professional cleaning solutions for homes, offices, apartments, commercial spaces, schools, and other establishments. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Home Deep Cleaning
• Sofa, Mattress & Carpet Cleaning
• Bathroom & Kitchen Cleaning
• Floor, Glass, Window & Door Cleaning
• Custom cleaning packages on request

Service availability, pricing, and scheduling may vary depending on your location within Guwahati and Assam.

03 Booking & Appointments

All bookings must be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or approved communication channels. By booking a service, you confirm that:

• You have provided accurate and complete contact information.
• You have authority over the premises to be cleaned.
• You will grant our team safe and reasonable access to the premises at the agreed time.
• Any reschedule or cancellation will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

04 Pricing & Payments

Prices for our services are quoted based on the type of service, size of the area, and any additional requirements. All quoted prices are subject to change without prior notice unless confirmed in writing.

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.
• We accept cash, UPI, and other approved payment methods.
• Additional charges may apply for extra services requested on-site.
• Invoices will be provided for all completed jobs on request.

05 Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are free of charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a small rescheduling fee.
• If our team fails to arrive for the scheduled service, you are entitled to a full refund or a free reschedule.
• Refunds for prepaid services will be processed within 5–7 working days.

06 Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best results and a safe working environment, customers are requested to:

• Provide access to clean water and electricity at the service location.
• Remove fragile, valuable, or personal items from the areas to be cleaned.
• Inform us in advance about any allergies, pets, or sensitive materials.
• Ensure a responsible adult is present during the service.

07 Limitation of Liability

While we take utmost care during every cleaning job, DESAN Cleaning Services shall not be held liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to surfaces, fabrics, or fixtures.
• Damage caused by improper handling of items not disclosed to us.
• Loss or damage to valuables left in the cleaning area.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of DESAN Cleaning Services and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our prior written permission.
